ControlHub for Control Center - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the ControlHub for Control Center app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for iOS mobile devices, created by Serkan Adıgüzel (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"), provided as a Freemium service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read and understand these terms before using the Application.
1. License Grant
ControlHub for Control Center grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
2. Restrictions
Unauthorized copying, modification, or use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. You may not attempt to extract the Application's source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application belong to the Service Provider.
3. Modifications and Fees
The Service Provider is committed to ensuring the Application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the Application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any charges for the Application or its services in advance.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. The link to the Terms and Conditions of third-party service providers used by the Application is:

5. Internet Connection and Charges
The Service Provider cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left. If you're using the Application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, your terms of agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply.
6. Device Responsibility
The Service Provider cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the Application. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility.
7. Accuracy and Updates
The Service Provider always strives to keep the Application up to date and correct, but we rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the Application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. The Application is currently available as per the requirements of the operating system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the Application to). You agree to download updates if you want to keep using the Application. The Service Provider does not promise that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the particular operating system version installed on your device.
8. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of September, 2024.
